Approved Vendor & Service Network

Qualified partners. Reliable services. Stronger communities.

Dignity maintains a network of reviewed vendors and service providers that support EverHeart residents and communities. We coordinate these relationships so residents can reach reliable help, and we review each business before it is approved.

This page is not a public vendor directory, and residents always choose their own service provider.

How vendor review works

  1. Express interest

Submit the short interest form. It creates a pending inquiry, not an approval.

  2. Conversation and profile

If there may be a fit, we talk with you and send a detailed vendor profile.

  3. Credential review

We verify licenses and insurance with the issuing agency, based on your service category.

  4. Approval decision

An authorized Dignity approver decides. Approval does not guarantee referrals.

Optional for approved vendors

Vendor Visibility Package

Advertising exposure to older adults and disadvantaged individuals at participating locations.

  • Your approved ad in rotation on EverHeart @TV at all active EverHeart locations.
  • A listing in the Sponsored Vendors section of Dignity’s monthly online newsletter, shared with Provider Partners for their residents.
  • Eligible to be matched with a community Lunch & Learn when a community requests one and approves the presentation.

The package provides advertising exposure only. It does not guarantee resident inquiries, referrals or contact information, and it has no effect on how Dignity coordinates resident service requests. Residents always choose their own providers. Available only to approved Dignity vendors and requires a signed sponsor agreement.

Medical vendors are not eligible (Home Care, Pharmacy, Medical Equipment, Medical Provider and Mobile Medical Services), because of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b), and the Texas patient solicitation law, Texas Occupations Code Chapter 102.

Vendor questions

What types of businesses can express interest?

Local businesses that offer useful services to older adults, disadvantaged individuals or EverHeart residents may submit an interest form. Dignity reviews service categories and coverage before discussing a possible relationship.

Does submitting an interest form make my business an approved vendor?

No. An interest form creates a pending inquiry. Dignity may request a more detailed profile and supporting information before deciding whether to approve a business.

What does Dignity review?

Depending on the service, Dignity may review your service area, availability, experience, applicable credentials, insurance and other relevant information. Requirements vary by category.

Will residents automatically receive my information?

No. Dignity reviews each resident request and decides whether an approved vendor, community resource or EverHeart staff member is the appropriate next step. A vendor relationship does not guarantee referrals.

Are there vendor referral or membership fees?

This website does not establish a vendor fee or membership arrangement. If Dignity later offers commercial terms for a service category, those terms will be reviewed and agreed separately before they apply.
